This Chilling Truth

There is a time when I thought the phrase "a chill down your spine" was just an expression. A way to describe a horrible feeling. But then, things took a turn for the literal. It all started with that odd dream I had last night about an alien invasion. I woke up feeling uneasy, but I brushed it off as just a unsettling dream. Then, later that day, while walking home from work, I felt this numbing sensation in my veins. Like something was wrong.

  • I checked my temperature
  • The air around me felt thick

I can't shake this off. This isn't just an overactive mind. My blood is literally changing .

These Tiny Assassins Are Out To Get Me

I wake up every morning feeling like the world is out to get me. It's not the big stuff, you know? Like stalkers or economic collapse. No, it's the little things. The menacing little creatures that crawl and fly around me, always watching, waiting for their chance to strike.

  • Just this morning, I swear I saw a fly giving me the stink eye from across the room.
  • Ants are swarming around my trash can like it's a five-star buffet.
  • And don't even get me started on those gnats. They're relentless, biting at anything that moves.

I'm starting to feel like I'm living in a horror movie, only the monsters are invisible. They might be small, but they're coming for me. And I'm not sure I'm ready to surrender.
